Background of the Study
Traditional retail businesses, particularly in local markets, are gradually transitioning to digital platforms and IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency, expand their customer base, and remain competitive. However, this transition is often met with resistance due to limited awareness, lack of resources, and cultural factors (Yakubu & Musa, 2023).
